Sales Executive - Fire Extinguisher Trading Company

As a Sales Executive for a fire extinguisher trading company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by actively promoting and selling fire extinguishers and related safety equipment to customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their fire safety needs, and providing effective solutions. This role requires a combination of sales skills, technical knowledge of fire safety products, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of fire extinguishers and safety equipment.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and product literature.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their fire safety requirements and providing appropriate product recommendations.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:Stay updated with the latest fire safety regulations, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's fire extinguisher product range, their features, technical specifications, and usage guidelines.
Conduct continuous product training sessions for clients, sales team members, and other stakeholders to enhance their knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Sales Administration:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance against targets, identify trends, and propose improvements.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and installation of fire extinguishers.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fire safety industry or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Technical knowledge of fire extinguishers, their types, and usage is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
