India’s Leading Life Insurance Organizations is looking for a Senior Associate in Branch Operation Department.

**Purpose of the Job**:
To make sure that all backend operations, such as NB, PS, accounts revival, and lead generation, are supported and customer assistance is provided. To monitor Consistency, heighten the same, and revive UW

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with both internal and external customers and responding to their questions, concerns, and needs
- End-to-end management processing of new business transactions: creation of client IDs and money receipting.
- Processing all policy servicing transactions and keeping in touch with HUB to ensure same-day processing and NAV allocation
- obtaining supporting documentation from claimants, making site visits to claimants or other parties (if and when the situation calls for it), and keeping track of the claims department's processing, decision-making, and claim check-handling processes.
- To prevent lookins, withdrawals, surrenders, and premium reductions, which also requires cooperation with sales associates and HUB.
- Creating leads and setting up appointments with all walk-in clients to make repurchase the products.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking, financial, and insurance industries in the branch operation department
- Age should be between 22 to 35 years
- Good communications skill and presentations skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
- Strong analytical skills

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
