**Job Title**: Insurance Sales Agent

**Location**: 88 Basement ,Sant Nagar, East Of Kailash, Near Nehru Place Metro Station, 110065

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and contact potential clients to offer insurance products (life, health, vehicle, property, etc.)
- Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Provide information on policy features, coverage options, and benefits.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely renewals of existing policies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and new products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy transactions.
- Offer after-sales service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations (preferred).
- Ability to handle client objections and turn leads into sales.
