- Training, both on-site and remote, the kitchen team on Recipe, hygiene, wastage control, Presentation, budgetary compliance, Fssai Compliance, safety.
- Recipe standardisations and implementation
- Recruitment of kitchen Team.
- Menu innovations and implementation
- Festivals and event management
- Effective procurement
- Budgetary control

- Inspection and audit across sites

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree in hotel management
- age 30 to 38 years
- willing to travel
- computer skills
- Knowledge of EHS
- Experience in large food service company desired.

TERMS: Head office in Ranchi, Job involves
- Frequent site visits
- Interaction with clients and customers
- Reporting to Ranchi office on regular basis.
- MIS and Reporting
- CRM
- Complete Monitoring of site operations
- Site staff training and Management
- Collection of all the reports and documents as required by various departments and stake holders, from site.
- Record keeping
- Assist in timely invoicing and collections

Pay: Up to ₹37,386.82 per month
