Kitchen Supervisor

**Position Overview**:
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented attractively. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Supervise and assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all ingredients are prepared and portioned correctly before cooking.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of dishes being prepared and served, ensuring that they meet the restaurant's standards.
- Taste and adjust seasoning of dishes as needed.

**Staff Management**:

- Supervise kitchen staff, including Commis, Cooks, and Kitchen Assistants, ensuring that they follow established recipes and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff as needed.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the management.

**Cleanliness and Sanitation**:

- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times, including cooking utensils and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role in a multi-cuisine restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other international cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage a diverse team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Kim, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
