- Willingness to handle a high volume of calls, approximately 100 calls per day
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients using a provided contact list.
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients and provide assistance or information as needed.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Provide feedback and input to improve call scripts and processes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and targets.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
