**Job Position**:Electrical and Plumbing BIM modeler.

**Job Location**: Coimbatore

**Salary**: Depends upon experience

**EXPERIENCE** : 2-4 years.

**#LIVE PROJECT #URGENT REQUIREMENT #IMMEDIATE JOINING.**
- Extensive experience in the use of Autodesk software such Revit, Naviswork, AutoCAD MEP
- Knowledge of Lighting, Power, ELV, Fire Alarm systems, PHE & Fire fighting modelling
- Naviswork (Interference checks/ Clash resolve) and Responsible for delivering the clash resolved model to the client.
- Adhere to Bim Executive Plan(BEP) AND Project BIM Standards.
- Ability to Produce Material Take-offs, RFI’s, and understand the Specifications.
- Good Experience in Revit Family creation.
- Effective Communication in English.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
