Shadow Teacher

Provide support for student throughout their school day.
- Prompting in a class, where the class teacher is giving instructions to a group of students
- Helping kid with social interactions with teachers and other kids.
- Work alongside teachers and other staff in enhancing the effective involvement of student with SEND and/or learning barriers in their academic and social development.
- Collaborating with parents, psychologists and other teachers
- Following an individualized education plan for a student
- Helping a student understand projects, tests and assignments
- Developing behavior management strategies
- Encouraging a student to communicate with peers
- Reviewing a student's developmental progress
- Monitoring interactions between students

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Ernakulam - 682030, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 3 years (preferred)
