- We're looking for a leader who can:
- as deposit pod product owner, lead, define, and execute an agile roadmap in support of the deposit business with a focus to drive growth and flexibility.
- work in an agile delivery, creating user stories, requirements and JIRA user stories to support the creation of new wealth management banking deposit products as well as change management for existing products.
- partner with colleagues across the organization to identify, start-up and develop ideas that enhance the banking value prop, drive adoption and business growth, ensuring alignment with the banks strategic plan.
- Work with Deposit business team and Crew product leads to understand business strategies and develop OKR’s (objective and key results) as well as KPI’s (key performance indicators) each quarter.
- responsible for delivering platform enhancements; manage the interrelationships between projects, identifying risks and resolving issues; ensure there is a structured delivery strategy with the deposits banking platform.
- establish cadence and coordination across technology and business on new development execution; create, maintain, and execute platform changes.
- work across multiple downstream teams within Wealth Management USA to ensure our deposit products, changes and new initiatives are seamlessly integrated into risk, finance, databases and other regulatory reports.
- manage and influence stakeholders work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions to roadblocks.

**Your team**
- To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, UBS aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of UBS Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients. UBS will digitize the core Banking systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise -personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
- You’ll be joining the Digital Strategy and Platforms (DS&P) team in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.
