Ielts Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective IELTS coaching sessions, covering all aspects of the exam.
- Provide personalized feedback to students on their language skills and test performance.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of IELTS study materials and lesson plans.
- Stay updated on IELTS exam changes and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Motivate and inspire students to excel in their language proficiency.
- Assess and track the progress of students through regular evaluations.
- Provide additional support or resources to address individual learning needs.
- Maintain open communication with students, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the institute's administration and fellow teachers for effective program delivery.
- Stay informed about language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative approaches into tutoring sessions.
- Attend workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, education, linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of IELTS exam structure, scoring criteria, and content.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience, especially in the context of language proficiency exams.
- Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning tools.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
