Solar Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in the installation of solar power systems, including mounting solar panels, wiring, and electrical connections.**:

- **Conduct tests and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of solar power systems.**:

- **Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar panels and related equipment.**:

- **Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar power systems and implement necessary repairs.**:

- **Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during installation and maintenance activities.**:

- **Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of installations and meet project requirements.**:

- **Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.**:

- **Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to solar power systems.**:

- **Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.**

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma, ITI or certification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. (SURYAMITRA TRAINING)**:

- **Proven experience in the installation of solar power systems.**:

- **Strong knowledge of solar panel technology, electrical systems, and wiring.**:

- **Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures.**:

- **Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.**:

- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently or as part of a team.**:

- **Valid driver's license.**:

- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience working as a Solar Technician or in a similar role.**:

- **Certification from recognized solar energy organizations.**:

- **Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to solar power installations in India.**
