- Should have design knowledge for L3/datacom features
- Good understanding of datacom protocol standards
- Very strong in C programming
- Working knowledge on protocol ISIS, BGP, BFD, MPLS
- Working experience on Linux Kernel Forwarding
- Project working experience on Netconf
- Contribution to design and review process
