Cse (Customer Service Executive)

**Shifts
- Rotational (only day shift)**
**Inbound Calls**:
3) research required information using available resources
4) manage and resolve customer complaints
5) provide customers with product and service information
6) 300 calls to be dialed, which would be approx. 1- 1:30 minutes on average per call.
7) enter new customer information into the system
8) update existing customer information
10) identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to the appropriate resource
11) follow up customer calls where necessary
12) document all call information according to standard operating procedures
13) complete call logs
14) produce call reports
**Outbound Calls**:
1) Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
3) Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation.
4)Describe products and services.
5) Respond to questions.
6) Identify and overcome objections.
7) Take the customer through the sales process.
8) Obtain customer information.
9) Obtain possible customer leads.
10) Maintain customer/potential customer data bases.
11) Follow up on initial contacts.
12) Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
