Implement ERP System with Microsoft Dynamics

Key Responsibilities:
Seasoned Dynamics Business Central professional to lead full lifecycle implementation of

business processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities to deliver

effective solutions that meet our needs.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of Dynamics BC, from requirement

gathering and analysis to configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into

functional specifications and system design.
- Configure and customize Dynamics BC modules to fit business requirements, including

financials, trade, inventory, sales, purchasing, and operations.
- Manage data migration processes, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy

systems to Dynamics 365
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support in resolving any issues prior

to go-live.
- Deliver training to end-users and ensure the successful adoption of the new system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics BC updates and best practices to ensure

solution longevity.
- Work closely with the technical team to design and implement integrations and

extensions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and

development work for future reference.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance, assisting with upgrades and

continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics NAV/BC implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its modules.
- Strong understanding of business and accounting principles.
- Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and system designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various

stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting, with a disciplined and proactive

approach.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field.
