Looking for Graphic Designers who are excited to be part of our fast-paced, high-intensity work environment and work with the Leaders aligned with our Mission. Our Mission 2025 is to transform the way learning is delivered by impacting 1 million+ children annually to get closer to our vision to democratize quality early education. This role will be based out of Bangalore location and an integral part of the growing Product Team who contribute to our mission to expand from our current set of 700 partner schools to 7000+ schools in 3 years by 2025. Creating designs for early childhood education - Does this pique your interest? Then, here is an opportunity for you to create designs for an organization focused on providing quality early education solutions, learning materials and educational toys. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of education. It is ideal for an ambitious and organized individual with experience in graphic design. In this role, you will be responsible for creating illustrations and vector graphics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study design specifications and determine requirements
- Create a wide range of graphic content, illustrations, infographics and layouts and other designs for online games, social media and other print requirements.
- Use the appropriate colours and layoutsTest graphics across various media
- Generate fresh concepts.
- Set style guidelines for projects
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
- Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
- Hold a position of responsibility and have a scope for growth in other job roles.. Requirements
- Proven design experience (2 to 3 years of experience in graphic designing)
- A strong portfolio of illustrationsA keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skillsA degree in Fine Arts or design will be a plus
- Work experience in a printing press/agency will be considered

Working Knowledge - Tools:
1. Graphics/photo imaging software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Knowledge of CorelDraw will be an added advantage)

2. Book editing software: Adobe InDesign

3. Music or sound editing software: Adobe Audition

4. Documentation software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice Page |

Experience
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of Graphic Design Experience
- Education: Any Graduation
- Job Location: Bangalore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,032.09 - ₹38,810.80 per month
