The role of a Structural Designer is to work independently on smaller projects, and as a team member of larger projects under the guidance of a Senior Structural Engineer. The Structural Designer will be able to perform structural analysis, design and detailing of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems. Additional responsibilities include:

**Position**: Structural Draftsman

**Experience Required** - 2 to 7 Years

**Education**: Diploma in Civil / UG in Civil

**Package**: 2 L - 5 L

**Work Schedule**: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Rotational Shift

**Work Mode**: Hybrid

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete drawings set up for small to large projects under Senior Engineer’s / Drafters guidance.
- Works with and coordinates with architectural and other engineering disciplines for coordination of the project
- Perform Construction Administration duties including completing field observations reports, responding to RFIs, submittal reviews, and evaluating contractor change orders.
- Communicate design issues and solutions with the design team and Owner clients.
- Understand industry standard design processes and understanding of construction means and methods.
- Work within project scope, budgets, and design approach to deliver projects to clients on time, on budget, and at a high level of client service.
- Assist with development of drawing standards.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic team environment.
- Flexible, well organized, interested in technical and personal advancement, able to carry out assignments with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Total mastery of AutoCAD
- Experience in wood buildings.
- Experience in Steel structures.
- Experience with Revit is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to proactively respond to time-sensitive issues.
- Must be willing to go above and beyond to deliver on project requirement and deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
