Position Title Field Operation - Process
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
Ensure Smooth and Safe Plant operation during Shift.
Key Individual Accountabilities
Ensure Compliance to all safety & environment Procedures
Follow and ensure that all SOPs are followed and adhered to
Handle emergencies
Monitor product quality and take corrective action in case of deviation from standards
Maintain the records of various inventories and prepare SAP indent for various requirements
Hand over take over charge during shift changes
Identified the abnormalities & rectify with service department
Ensure all work started with proper work permit
Ensure Smooth and safe operation of equipment
Attend any of the plant problem as and when required.
Maintain logbooks of the shift.
Ensure all storm water drains should be clean and dry
Ensure adherence of all safety procedure
Ensure Housekeeping of area and Equipments
Over and above any other responsibility assigned by the reporting Manager

- Dip Chemical/B Sc. Chemistry with experience of 3-10 years in continous process Plant.
- Knowledge about Safety & Occupational Health requirements.
- Should have knowledge of ISO standards and procedures.
