**As a House Cook, your primary responsibility is to prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals for the residents of the house. You will be responsible for planning menus, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring that meals are prepared and served according to dietary preferences and restrictions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Planning: Create weekly or monthly menus that cater to the tastes and dietary needs of the residents.**
- **Meal Preparation: Prepare meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality and flavorful dishes.**
- **Cooking and Presentation: Use various cooking methods such as baking, roasting, sautéing, grilling etc.**
- **Dietary Requirements: Accommodate specific dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or low-sodium meals.**
- **Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including regular cleaning of utensils, equipment, and surfaces.**
- **Budgeting: Manage the budget allocated for food expenses, ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality or nutritional value.**
- **Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with current culinary trends, recipes, and techniques.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, preferably in a residential or similar setting.**
- **Understanding of dietary restrictions and ability to create meals accordingly.**
- **Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.**
- **Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.**
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills.**
- **Ability to work independently and in a team.**
- **Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and preferences of residents.**

**Experience**:
**Minimum experience of 5-6 years as a house cook chef (expertise in Italian cusine and calories burn cooking)**

**Others**:
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
