**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- '- Resposible for All eVehicle Platforms - Field failure & improvements
Prepare & present monthly MIS for field quality KPI's
- Handling and co ordinating complete field failure & field upgradation activites with service team & Dealer team
- Delaer visit to enhance the product performance & customer feedback collections.
- Responsible for field failure analysis of complete Model (Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical)
- Co ordination & follow up with CFT team for CAPA implementation & monitoring action effectivness to acheive quality goals on current product
- Faciliate weekly meeting with CFT team to drive corrective action & implementation.
- Be capable of presenting current & emerging concern to personnel at all levels including senior managment within the organisation.
- Lesson learnt deployment for upcoming new launches.
- Participation in New Model testing and developement.(DFMEA/DVP).

**Experience**
- 5-8 years
- **Industry Preferred**
- Automotive OEM, Tier one automotive supplier
- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor of engineering (Electrical/Electronics)

- Data Analysis and Problem solving skills (QlikView, Power BI)
- '- Knowledge on electrical commodity (BMS, Battery, DC DC,MCU & Charger ) etc
Knowledge on Basic EV Architecture
- Good analytical skill & statistical approach, data oriented
- Usage of Quality tools for solving concerns like 8D, fish bone, DOE, paired comparison, why why

analysis etc.,
Effective interpersonal communication & presentation skills
