**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop creative content in the form of questions/notes, write easy-to-understand solutions, review content created by freelancers/AI for Grade B Mains
- Creation and Review of Grade B Notes for Finance, Management, ESI, and Current Affairs
- Assisting RBI faculties with free and paid content
- Evaluating Mains Papers Submitted by Students
- Analyze and research exam patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends of questions asked in Grade B exams.
- Work on user feedback collected from multiple channels
- Understanding the student preparation cycle and making content for his best preparation
- Can use various tech tools with AI support like ChatGPT for content creation with pluggins.

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have written RBI Mains Twice or appeared for an interview at least once
- Prior experience in content development for RBI Mains will be a plus
- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India
- Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things
