We are currently looking for a dedicated **Relationship Incharge**. As an Relationship Incharge, your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective students in making informed decisions about **enrolling in IT Related programs**. Your excellent communication skills and experience in selling higher education courses will be invaluable in guiding potential students towards achieving their academic and career aspirations.

**Key Requirements**:
**Graduation is mandatory**

Exceptional communication skills in **English and Hindi, both written and verbal.**

**More than 1 year of experience in admission counselling, specifically within the ed tech sector.**

A six-day working schedule.

This role requires you to work from the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer personalized counselling sessions to help students understand their academic and career goals and how our courses align with them.
- Guide students through the admission process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- **Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets while maintaining high-quality standards.**:

- Develop and deliver effective counselling strategies and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute admission strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of leads, prospects, and counselling interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enrolled students throughout their academic journey.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
