**Receptionist: Job Description**:
Our growing Organization is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand.

**Responsibilities and duties**:
The responsibilities and duties is the most important part of the job description.

Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate department/s and concerned person/s.

Answer the phone instantly and direct calls to the correct person/dept.

Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all staff.

Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all Senior Management itineraries.

Attendance Management System
- Maintaining Staff Leave Register.

Role of Guest Relation Management.

Daily and Monthly Attendance Update for Salary preparation.

Maintaining office decorum, house-keeping in reception area.

Maintaining courier - outward / inward material register.

Maintain Staff Outdoor Register and also All Staff Lunch timings.

**Receptionist Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but diploma accepted or equivalent experience.

2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.

Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.

Ability to create organized filing system.

Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manners.

Working knowledge of hr/admin/sales/operations terminology and practices.

Typing speed of at least 70 WPM.

Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethics.

Salary Package 120000-180000 p.a

**Salary**: ₹9,063.24 - ₹20,692.82 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
