Job Description:

- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing Fmcg products, materials, and supplies for the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials at competitive prices.
- Analyse market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand packaging requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control processes to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and innovations in packaging materials to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, specifically in sourcing packaging products.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
