Job Title - Store Operator
Level - 1A Reporting to - Store-In-Charge
Qualification Required - 10+2 (Any Stream) with good communication skill in English and local language.
Experience Required - At least two-year experience as receptionist or tele-caller.
Weekly off - Any day other than Saturday & Sunday.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Meet & Greet Customer (Walk-in).
2. Attending customer call, attend their queries and
3. Keeping the record of walk-ins.
4. Understand the requirement of the customer and guide the customer to select appropriate Bi-Cycles.
5. To keep the accounting record of the store.
6. To maintain cash books, and submission of daily MIS to store In-Charge.
7. To collect feedback from customers and share the same with Store In-charge.
8. Coordinate with technical team for service and delivery of bi-cycle to customer.
9. Supervision of store Hygiene, cleanliness & other amenities.

**Salary**: ₹8,400.33 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
