The CPS Marketing Analytics team focuses on the art of bringing data and science together to improve the impact of our marketing efforts, driving measurable incremental business growth. In this pursuit, we are influencing all key activities.

To expand this success, we need data experts that can be agile and provide better analytics coverage to our marketers.

**Role Description**

The
**Business Intelligence Reporting & Data Analytics Associate** will be a critical contributor in supporting the CPS Marketing Analytics team as we measurably improve financial results and process efficiency. By integrating their work into the greater marketing team, we will yield better plans, workflows, insights, execution, measurements and risk management. This role is responsible for providing accurate and actionable information regarding campaigns, customers, and our industry. Beyond the critical importance of creating and managing dashboards and reports that describe "what has happened in the past," this role will also derive insights and recommendations that help shape our future strategic approach.

**What you will do**:

- Re-engineer data processes to optimize cycle time and reduce waste in the data process step.
- Synthesize information from data platforms, competitor and brand tracking, third-party data, testing, analytic products, product features/baskets, and customer journeys into information that can be easily interpreted by broad business audiences.
- Build dashboard inventory management procedures and control documentation (e.g., dashboard operating procedures, process schedulers, data flows).
- Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to reconcile discrepancies and take the best approach to remediate data quality issues.
- Maintain and revise existing scorecards, dashboards, and other metrics reports for management as needed.
- Analyze large data sets across different LOBs and work within an Agile framework to deliver on business initiatives for marketing campaigns.
- Closely track marketing performance and escalate risks/issues/findings to leadership as needed.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 year's data analysis experience.
- Must be proficient with SQL.
- Experience in building dashboards with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik or Power BI).
- Highly analytical, with experience in defining analytical approaches for projects and collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources to develop actionable solutions.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage work independently and is a team player.
- Ability to collaborate with business teams in order to understand, translate and review requirements into logical data models and interface specifications.
- Analytically minded with a natural curiosity and interest in experimentation and constant iteration and improvement.
- Ability to multi-task, moving easily between strategy and execution.
- Knowledge in Alteryx, Python or RPA solutions(e.g., UiPath/Automation Anywhere) is preferred.
- Eager to learn cutting-edge data science techniques is preferred.
- Experience with AWS is preferred.
