Job Title: Excavator Operator

**Responsibilities**:
As an Excavator Operator at Bagmar InfraCo Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Excavation Operations: Operate and maintain excavators to perform various excavation tasks in accordance with project requirements.

2. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and the team.

3. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on excavators to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

4. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to execute excavation tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

5. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and address operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain project timelines.

6. Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation activities, including grading, trenching, and other tasks as required.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, equipment usage, and any incidents, providing necessary reports to supervisors.

Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience as an excavator operator, with a minimum of [1 years] of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.

2. License and Certification: Possession of a valid excavator operator's license and relevant certifications. A commercial driver's license (CDL) may is required.

3. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating and troubleshooting various models of excavators.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
