As a Sales Executive specializing in epoxy flooring, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling epoxy flooring solutions to commercial, industrial clients. Your primary objective will be to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored epoxy flooring solutions to meet their requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to develop strategies, generate leads, and close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for epoxy flooring products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend suitable epoxy flooring solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and participate in industry events to increase brand visibility.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or flooring industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
