**Job description**

we are hiring a sales executive for a Modular furniture Showroom.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervises all sales and marketing activities in the showroom
- Maintains administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for the showroom in order and issues timely management and statistical reports
- Supervises cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority
- Plans and implements store merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.
- Supervises selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustains sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Supervises costs and overheads and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the showrooms.
- Supervises and maintains effectiveness of Information Technology and other essential in-store systems.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
- Supervises all stock movement activities (in/out, transfer, sales etc.)
- Responsible of showroom stock in a way to eliminate stock shortage and perform stock replenishment in an efficient manner and on due time.
- Maintain knowledge of all vendor products, pricing, options, finishes, details

**Job Requirements**
- University or College degree in Business Management
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of the English
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and sociability skills
- Very good multicultural skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-driven, results-oriented and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
- Highly motivated, positive thinker and achiever
- Well-presented with a positive outlook
- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
