Job Title: Grant Writer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research Funding Opportunities:

- Identify and research potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other sources.
- Stay updated with grant guidelines, deadlines, and funding priorities to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

2. Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with program managers and other team members to develop grant proposals that align with the organization's strategic priorities and funding guidelines.
- Write clear, compelling, and persuasive grant proposals that effectively communicate the organization's mission, programs, and impact.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific requirements and preferences of each funding opportunity.

3. Grant Management:

- Maintain accurate records of grant submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with finance and program staff to ensure compliance with grant reporting requirements and deliverables.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with funders through regular communication and updates on program achievements and outcomes.

4. Grant Research and Strategy:

- Conduct prospect research to identify new funding sources and potential donors.
- Develop and implement strategies to diversify funding streams and maximize grant revenue for the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in grant writing, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify relevant funding opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Knowledge of grant management best practices, including budget development and reporting.
- Familiarity with fundraising databases and online grant portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
