**Responsibilities**:

Delivery of product in Tank trucks with right Quality and Quantity safely and it#s accounting. Up-keeping and calibration of loading equipments and instruments.

Job Accountabilities

Minimum operating lossesEnsure correct calibration of small measures, TLCU, Prover, Flow meters and Tank Trucks
-Ensure that loaded dips in the TTs are within +/- 3 mm in each compartment as per guidelines
-Undertake upkeep of instruments and equipments ensuring that there are no losses

Achievement of Q & Q proposition and customer satisfactionObserve two hourly density vis-à-vis batch formation density to be within tolerance limits
-Undertake quality checks on daily / periodic basis as per IQCM in coordination with Laboratory
-Undertake quarterly verification of flow meters
-Check bay performance vis-à-vis TTs everyday as per SOPs
-Reduce average TT cycle time inside the Terminal to minimize delays in sending replenishment of product to customers
-Ensure correct sealing / with security and sealing operators for proper sealing of Tank trucks

Total compliance to Operations, HSSE, and Quality management system and maintenance proceduresEnsure use of PPEs and system of work permits and participate in monthly mock fire-drills for continual improvement
-Act as support co-coordinator for Auxiliary team in case of emergencies/disaster at terminal
-Verify suitability of Road Tankers for loading and unloading in consultation with TT Operations Officer
-Undertake safe gantry operations with out any incidents / spills in coordination with CRI / LOI / TT Operations Officer strictly in line with the SOPs and automation procedures
-Comply to all ISO requirements, maintain records, undertake internal ISO audits and achieve nil non conformities in ISO audits
-Ensure to close all preventive maintenance and condition monitoring requisitions for gantry equipments and instruments with the help of MI

Learning and DevelopmentImpart training to TT crew and operators for safe filling operation/fire fighting/usage of fire fight equipments
- Conduct toolbox talks to TT crew

**Education Requirement**:
Graduate Engineer (Any Discipline)

**Experience Requirement**:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in RRTF/ Plant
