B Pharma/D.Pharma is must with minimum 2 years of Experience

Dispensing Medications: Pharmacists review prescriptions from healthcare providers, ensure the accuracy of the prescribed medication, and dispense the correct dosage and form of the medication to patients. They may also provide instructions on how to take the medication properly.

Patient Counseling: Pharmacists play a crucial role in educating patients about their medications. They explain the purpose of the medication, possible side effects, and potential drug interactions. They also advise patients on proper dosage, administration, and any special instructions for taking the medication.

Medication Management: Pharmacists monitor patients' medication regimens to ensure their safety and effectiveness. They may review medication histories, identify potential drug interactions or allergies, and collaborate with healthcare providers to make appropriate changes to the medication plan.

Medication Safety: Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring the safety of medication use. They verify the accuracy of prescriptions, check for potential medication errors, and provide information on proper storage and disposal of medications. They may also advise on the use of over-the-counter medications and recommend appropriate non-prescription treatments.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Pharmacists work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other pharmacists, to optimize patient care. They may consult with healthcare teams on medication therapy management, participate in medication reconciliation processes, and provide drug-related expertise in healthcare decision-making.
