**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage files and maintain documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Respond to phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
- Send contracts if there is a delay to the end user
- Doc Chase up to have Powow sale approved

Drivers License
Electricity Bill
Council Rates
Solar Design/Generation Report
- Working with the Powow AE team to approve and have Powow sales ready for installation

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Skills**:

- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to Multi-task
- English speaking (verbal & written)
- Ability to use basic CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

**PERFORMANCE GOALS/KPIs**:

- Ensure every sale that has been made in a given month by Powow partner is approved and ready for installation by the end of that month.
- Notify AE of any sales that are not approved and provide summary as to why they have not been approved and what steps need to be taken in order for sale to be ready for installation.
- Daily report of outstanding documents needed for individual sales in order for them to be approved and ready for installation in a given month.
