**Job Description**:
**Being a Visual Merchandiser at H&M is about inspiring and motivating people to achieve great results. Our successful Visual Merchandiser all have excellent leadership skills and a sharp eye for business. Propelled by an enhanced personal drive, they excel at coaching and inspiring others.**

Your role as a Visual Merchandiser is to put the customer at the center of everything you do. You need to ensure the highest possible level of customer experience and the visual merchandising is executed according to our guidelines. You maximize the sales opportunities and the profitability of your store by leading with clear actions, as well as follow up on the results. You support and guide the team to deliver the most inspiring customer experience by implementing the Visual Identity to help our customer look and feel good

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Selling**

You ensure that garment presentation in windows and in store is in line with the Commercial Handbook. Together with the Department Manager you maximise and drive commercial opportunities in your store within the H&M brand guidelines.
- **Team**

You support the store team to enhance the customer and working experience in store through coaching. Together with the Store management team you ensure that all legal requirements and H&M policies are fulfilled.
- **Routines**

Organise and plan your workload according to business needs and commercial planner. Ensure safety, security and administration procedures are always followed.

**Qualifications**:

- Track record in delivering great sales, profit, customer experience and built great teams.
- Leadership experience with high level of trust and integrity, clear vision, goals and result driven with a deep interest in developing people.
- Team player with positive, motivated and collaborative mindset, living the H&M Values to the fullest.
- Inspiring and excellent communicator with strong feedback culture, straightforward and open mindedness.
