**Product Selection and Procurement**: Collaborating with clients to understand their product requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Identifying potential suppliers, conducting product research, and negotiating pricing and terms to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- **Supplier Management**: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. Evaluating supplier capabilities, assessing their production capacities, and monitoring quality control processes to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- **Order Management**:Managing the end-to-end order process, including order placement, tracking, and shipment coordination. Ensuring on-time delivery of products and addressing any issues or delays that may arise during the process.
- **Pricing and Negotiation**:Conducting pricing analysis, market research, and cost negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing for clients. Monitoring market trends, currency exchange rates, and supplier performance to optimize pricing strategies and maintain profitability.
- **Quality Control**: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that products meet clients' specifications and quality standards. Conducting product inspections, coordinating third-party quality inspections, and managing quality issues or returns when necessary.
- **Supply Chain Management**: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and finance, to streamline the supply chain process. Ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate documentation, and timely product distribution.
- **Trend Analysis and Forecasting**:Keeping abreast of market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments. Conducting trend analysis, market research, and sales forecasting to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights to clients.
- **Client Communication and Relationship Management**: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, and providing updates on the buying and sourcing process. Building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Product Development**: Collaborating with clients and suppliers to develop new product ranges or customized products. Managing the product development process, including sampling, prototyping, and coordinating design and production activities.
- **Compliance and Ethical Sourcing**: Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, industry standards, and ethical sourcing practices. Monitoring and addressing issues related to social compliance, sustainability, and supply chain transparency.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
