**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our team. As Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing professional pharmaceutical services through our online platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing patient

education, and delivering high-quality healthcare services remotely.

**Required skills / Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited institution with valid pharmacist license.
- Proven experience as a pharmacist, preferably with experience in online pharmacy services.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales skills, including effective communication, persuasion, active listening, and negotiation techniques to drive sales, close deals, and build relationships with customers.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medications, health supplements, and related healthcare items sold by the online pharmacy. This includes understanding their features, benefits, usage instructions, and potential side effects.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and personalized experience for customers, address their concerns and inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction with the online pharmacy's products and services.
- Digital Marketing and E-commerce: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry, fostering trust and loyalty to drive customer retention and referral business.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to meet customers' needs within the framework of the online pharmacy's policies and regulations.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and compliance requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA regulations, to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in sales practices.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using online sales tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, e-commerce platforms, and other relevant technology to effectively manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing market trends, technological advancements, and industry regulations, and to handle rejection or setbacks with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues in the sales team, as well as with other departments such as marketing, customer support, and

logistics, to achieve common sales objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport, demonstrating empathy, and providing accurate information and solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Monitor sales performance regularly, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Foster trust and loyalty by delivering personalized service, anticipating customer needs, and providing appropriate recommendations.
