**Responsibilities**:
Develop Training Materials:, Create training modules, presentations, hands-on exercises, and practical demonstrations
Adapt and update existing training content to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date with the latest IoT trends and advancements.

Conduct Training Sessions and offline classes in colleges :Deliver instructor-led training sessions in various formats, including classroom settings, workshops, webinars, or online courses.
Facilitate hands-on labs and real-world simulations to reinforce theoretical concepts.

Evaluate Participants' Progress Monitor and assess participants' understanding and progress during training sessions.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their domain skills.
Keep track of emerging trends and innovations to enhance the training program's effectiveness.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation, including manuals, guides, and reference materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field,
- Proven experience in domain specific technology development, implementation, or training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using instructional tools, e-learning platforms, and multimedia resources for training.
- Prior experience in offline teaching, preparing lesson plans, mock test etc, would be a plus for selection

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
