Position Overview: The Executive Assistant cum Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to executives while simultaneously assisting in coordinating and facilitating sales activities within the organization. This position requires a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sales coordination abilities. The individual will contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency of the sales team and ensuring smooth communication between different departments.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.

**Sales Coordination**:

- **Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
**-**Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Assist in managing sales pipelines, tracking leads, and updating the CRM system.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up action items.
- Support sales representatives with sales-related inquiries and administrative tasks.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Interact with customers to provide information, assist with inquiries, and address concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team

**Sales Documentation**:
**-**Prepare and process sales-related documents, such as sales contracts, proposals, and quotations.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.

**Sales Reporting**:
**-**Assist in gathering and analyzing sales data to generate reports and sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management and sales representatives.

**Sales Support**:

- **Support sales representatives in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up after events.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Foster effective communication and cooperation between the sales team and other departments.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to meet sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Sales Coordinator or similar roles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
