Web Designer

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Web Designer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Junior Web Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and developers to create functional and visually appealing websites. You will be responsible for helping with the design, layout, and coding of websites in HTML and CSS, ensuring they meet modern web standards and deliver an excellent user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and developing websites using HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
- Create responsive and adaptive website layouts that work across different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Implement web design best practices, focusing on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Collaborate with the senior design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for client projects.
- Update and maintain existing websites, ensuring they are visually appealing and up-to-date.
- Optimize website designs for speed and performance, ensuring compatibility across different browsers.
- Integrate graphic design elements (images, logos, banners) into web designs, ensuring proper alignment and aesthetics.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Work with content teams and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Test websites and troubleshoot issues related to functionality, layout, and styling.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in web design or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 is essential.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure design consistency across different platforms.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript & React.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new web design trends and technologies.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
