Job Title: Horticulture Supervisor

Location: Durg Rajnandgoan CG

Qualifications: B.Sc Horticulture

**Salary**: 25000/- to 35000/- Pm

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Job Duties:
1. Assists in horticultural facility operations, repairs, and capital improvement recommendations.
2. Develops and maintains best horticultural practices, quality control, and aesthetic standards in the living plant collection displays and specialized ornamental gardens.
3. Performs expert level cultural care of living tropical and temperate plant collections, greenhouse floriculture crops, and specialized botanical garden.
5. Schedules and implements Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Bio control programs and greenhouse crop production programs throughout the horticultural facilities and gardens.
6. Maintains chemical and fertilizer inventories, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) compliance records, and pesticide applicator spray log.

7.Responsible to maintain various designs and layouts of garden and landscapes.

8. Making sure that all garden equipment is correctly maintained and serviced Seeding plants, vegetables and watering them at the correct times Constructing fences, walls and ponds Laying down paving and concrete slabs to create walk ways.

9..Developing gardens and Nursery as and when required and based on season, good knowledge of Insect & Pest control, Seeding Seasonal & Perineum plants and planting to right place. In charge of grass cutting, weed control and leaf raking is important.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Horticulture Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
