**Position Overview**:
As a Motion Graphic Designer at Hi-Res Audio, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and compelling motion graphics for our products and marketing materials. We are seeking a highly creative individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphic design and a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create captivating motion graphics that align with the latest design trends and brand guidelines.
- Develop 2 motion graphic reels and 1 static design per day to support marketing and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual assets for digital campaigns, product launches, and social media.
- Work closely with the audio engineering team to visually represent the technical aspects of our audio products.
- Continuously research and stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
