We are hiring tele caller for Jewelry showroom in Ambala Cant. Details are mentioned below

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our jewelry products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, prices, and promotions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers with their needs.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Stay updated with the latest product information and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹10000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
