**Beverage Preparation**: Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks. Create innovative and visually appealing mocktails using a variety of ingredients. Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in beverage quality.

**Customer Service**: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide recommendations and information about coffee and mocktail options. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Operate and maintain coffee and mocktail-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other tools. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.

**Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain the quality of coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients. Regularly taste and evaluate beverages to ensure they meet the established standards.

**Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory levels for coffee beans, syrups, and other beverage ingredients. Place orders for supplies as needed and manage stock rotation.

**Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensure the cleanliness of the work area, including countertops, equipment, and utensils.

**Training and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends and new beverage offerings. Train and mentor new team members on coffee and mocktail preparation techniques.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other colleagues. Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, flavor profiles, and mixology.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages.
Basic math skills for measurements and cash handling.
