**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient production of furniture and fixtures according to quality standards and delivery schedules. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of production workers, managing production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities in the manufacturing facility, including production scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
- Train, mentor, and coach production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production targets.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization.
- Collaborate with the design team, procurement team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate production of furniture and fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to support production needs and minimize downtime.
- Prepare production reports, performance metrics, and other documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve production-related issues, conflicts, and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production management, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery used in furniture production.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving production targets and quality standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control practices, and lean manufacturing principles.
