**Responsibilities**:
- **Diagnostic and Preventive Dentistry**:
- Conduct thorough dental examinations to diagnose oral conditions.
- Develop and implement preventive dental care plans for patients.
- **Restorative Dentistry**:
- Perform various restorative procedures, including fillings and crowns.
- Address and manage dental decay, cavities, and other structural dental issues.
- **Extraction and Oral Surgery**:
- Execute extractions when necessary, considering patient comfort and optimal outcomes.
- Proficiently perform minor oral surgical procedures as needed.
- **Periodontal Care**:
- Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases through scaling, root planning, and other appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices to prevent periodontal issues.
- **Endodontics**:
- Conduct root canal treatments with precision and attention to patient comfort.
- Address and resolve dental pulp-related issues with expertise.
- **Patient Communication**:
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-treatment care.
- Address patient concerns and questions with empathy and professionalism.
- **Collaboration with Dental Team**:
- Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of **2** of clinical experience as a practicing General Dentist.
- Proven expertise in basic dental procedures, including restorative dentistry, extractions, periodontal care, and endodontics.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex dental information in an understandable manner to patients.
- **Professionalism**:
- Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Demonstrated dedication to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
