**_Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Associate - Pan India_**
- Compensation Fixed Range: 15000 to 18000_

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Comfortable working in Day / Night & Rotational Shifts with excellent English communication skill.

**_Important/ Mandatory Note -:_**
- Day / _Night & Rotational Shift is mandatory as the team works 24x7._
- _To complete the online assessment desktop or Laptop with webcam and headphone is mandatory._
- _Test is not compatible on mobile phone._
- _Post receiving the link the assessment has to be completed within 24 hrs._
- _It is mandatory to have strong **English & Hindi communication skills **to be eligible for this voice role._

**_Knowledge and Skills Required_**

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)_
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers_

- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present_

- Ability to use a desktop computer system_
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer_
- Excellent typing skills_
- Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites_
- Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media_
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment_

- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment_
