**Responsibility**:
**Regional In-charge** overseeing HSRP work in a respective RTO plays a pivotal role in coordinating and supervising the HSRP work in their jurisdiction, which involves overseeing the production, distribution, and affixation of these plates on vehicles which includes:
1 - Ensuring timely issuance and installation of HSRPs in their region. Closely monitoring the production process, ensuring that the plates meet the required quality standards and are manufactured within the specified time frame.
2 - Effective coordination with government departments and agencies involved in the HSRP implementation process.
3 - Meeting quality standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations thereby conducting regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and durability of HSRPs.
4 - Managing and supervising a team responsible for HSRP work. Providing guidance and support to technicians and staff involved in HSRP installation.
5 - Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics related to HSRP implementation. Tracking the percentage of HSRP installations completed within the specified time frame.
6 - Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues related to HSRP issuance or installation. Implementing a dedicated customer support system to handle and resolve HSRP-related grievances.
7 - Reporting and documenting all HSRP-related activities and progress to higher authorities. Preparing monthly reports on HSRP installations, challenges faced, and proposed solutions.
8 - Keeping abreast of HSRP-related developments, changes in regulations, and industry best practices. Attending seminars and workshops to stay updated on HSRP technology advancements and compliance requirements.
9 - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HSRP operations. Implementing process improvements to reduce HSRP installation time or enhance customer satisfaction. They are responsible for conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure that all vehicles have valid HSRPs. Any non-compliance or violation must be promptly addressed, and appropriate action must be taken against offenders.
10 - Ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and cost control measures in HSRP operations. Optimizing resource allocation and procurement processes to minimize HSRP-related expenses.
11 - Collaborating with other regional in-charges and central HSRP authorities for knowledge sharing and effective implementation. Participating in regular meetings or conferences with other Regional In-charges to share best practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,609.48 per month
