Position: MIS Executive

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

**Salary**: INR 10,000 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized and detailed oriented MIS Executive with exposure to marketing. As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the management Information System (MIS). Your primary responsibility will be to collect, organize, and analyze data to provide accurate and timely reports to support decision-making processes. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all computer-related activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team to support marketing initiatives and enhance our digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
- Gather data from various sources, including internal systems, databases, and external partners, and ensure its accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can contribute to improving operational efficiency, performance, and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and generate regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and the marketing team, providing them with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their reporting and data analysis needs, and develop customized reports and insights accordingly.
- Assist in the analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Support the marketing team in tracking and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to create marketing performance reports, including ROI analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across departments, particularly with regards to marketing-related data.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in MIS, data analysis, and marketing analytics to continuously enhance the company's data management and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights for marketing strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data validation.
- Understanding of marketing principles and experience collaborating with marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, including marketing teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
