School Principal

We are seeking a visionary and experienced educational leader to serve as the founding Principal of Pearl Valley School, Motipur. This is a unique opportunity to shape and establish a new center of educational excellence, starting with the primary section and expanding into a complete K-12 institution.

**Position Overview**:
The Principal will be responsible for establishing Pearl Valley School as a standout educational institution in the region, beginning with the primary section and developing the roadmap for full school operations. This role combines immediate operational leadership with strategic planning for future growth.

**Key Responsibilities:Immediate Focus (Primary Section)**:

- Establish and implement curriculum and teaching methodologies aligned with national standards and international best practices
- Recruit, train, and lead teaching and administrative staff
- Develop and maintain school policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Oversee student admissions and parent relations
- Manage day-to-day school operations and academic administration
- Create a positive, nurturing learning environment

**Strategic Development**:

- Design comprehensive development plan for school's growth into higher classes
- Create detailed operational blueprints for each phase of school expansion
- Develop infrastructure and resource requirements planning
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations
- Plan and implement modern educational technologies and teaching aids
- Create financial models and budgets for sustainable growth

**Quality and Innovation**:

- Implement contemporary pedagogical approaches and learning methodologies
- Establish robust assessment and monitoring systems
- Develop teacher training and professional development programs
- Create distinctive co-curricular and extra-curricular programs
- Build strong school-community relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while pushing for innovation

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in school education with at least 7 years in leadership positions
- Proven track record of:

- Building and scaling educational institutions
- Curriculum development and implementation
- Staff leadership and development
- Strategic planning and execution
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and educational technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Experience in project planning and management

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in establishing new schools
- International exposure to educational best practices
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 implementation
- Understanding of ICSE / CBSE / international curricula
