Profile Introduction:
Join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor specializing in Pan Asian cuisine Our restaurant is renowned for its delicious and authentic Pan Asian dishes, and we are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to lead our kitchen team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, mentor junior staff members, and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, recipes, and food safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in Pan Asian cooking techniques and cuisines, with a focus on flavor and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred but not required.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
