**Job Title: Telecaller (Lead Generation)**

**Location**: Work From Home ( With proper system and Internet connection)

**Language**: English, Hindi, Bengali

**Job Type**: Pre-Internship Period (Non-Paid, 15 days)

**Duration**: 15 days (Non-Paid), followed by a 3-month Paid Internship Period (conditional on successful completion of the pre-internship period).

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call potential client using a given phone directory to **generate** **leads**.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team to improve lead quality.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for lead generation.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
